Check your device first

An Android phone app is not automatically designed for Android TV. Check the app listing for the intended television device and confirm that its controls can be used without a touchscreen. Record the device model and software version for support.

Install and add the service

Use the official app store or the developer’s verified distribution instructions. Add the service using the login method supplied by support. If the app asks for a playlist, do not put an account server address into that field unless the instructions specifically match.
