What a trial is for
Use the trial to answer practical questions: does your preferred player work, are the channels you need available, and is playback stable on your normal network? Testing these things is more useful than checking only whether an account can log in.
Choose a few representative items before you start. Include live television, guide navigation and a film or series if those are part of your viewing needs. If a particular audio language or subtitle option matters, check that item specifically.
How to request access
Open the trial request form and enter accurate contact details. Review the privacy information and terms, then submit once. Merely opening the page does not create a trial, order, email or panel subscription.
Support reviews the request and confirms availability. Do not assume the service is active immediately after submission. Your confirmation page describes the manual setup process and keeps the request distinct from a paid subscription.
Prepare for a useful test
Have your device model and player name ready. Use the internet connection and room where you normally watch. If possible, test at a time that reflects your usual viewing habits. Keep other active streams within the trial’s permitted connection count.
Do not share private access details with friends or post them publicly. If you need to test a different device, stop playback on the first one and ask support about any restrictions before continuing.
After testing
Tell support what worked and what did not. Include the player name, error wording and whether the issue affects one channel or everything, without exposing passwords or private playlist URLs.
If the service suits you, compare the paid plans and choose the term and connections you want. There is no automatic charge from submitting a trial request. Payment for a subscription is arranged only after setup and confirmation.
