On-demand viewing has different controls and checks from live television. Test the titles, languages and player navigation that matter to you.
Browse by your own priorities
Check a few films, series and genres you actually watch. Catalogue totals do not guarantee a particular title, season or language remains available. Confirm specific requirements during setup.
For a series, test episode selection as well as the first item in the list. Clear season labels and usable search can make a large difference to the viewing experience.
Check audio and subtitles
Open the player’s track menus on a known item and confirm the available languages. Not every title includes subtitles or alternate audio, even when the player supports those features.
If a subtitle option is missing, compare another item before changing global settings. Report the exact title and episode when asking support about a content-specific issue.
Test playback controls
Check pause, seek and resume where supported. Player behaviour can differ from a dedicated streaming app, and not every format handles every control identically.
Test on the television or device you intend to keep using. A desktop test may confirm access while saying little about the remote-control experience on a Smart TV.
Keep live and on-demand expectations separate
A programme broadcast on a live channel is not automatically included in the on-demand catalogue. Catch-up is another separate feature with its own supported channels and replay window.
Use the appropriate guide for each viewing type, then choose a plan based on what you have confirmed rather than assuming every catalogue is interchangeable.
